@Anniepan Well, I don't understand anything. They told me to return it and they immediately sent me the replacement. Now they distrust me? If so, I will also distrust and process open dispute. I have sent photos videos of both the package and the shipment in which you see the whole weight! And you still distrustful? I proceed to open a dispute if you do not trust me, I am not obliged to do so in you.

We may not express clearly that we will arrange the replacement shipment as soon as possible. But we have to wait the return is delivered then ship the replacement out. According to the shipping method you chose, the return package should be delivered in 5-7 working days. Would you mind to wait? Please don't worry, we will ship the replacement for you immediately once we have the return package deliver information.

Please trust we also want to send the replacement for you at once. But please kindly note we have mentioned in the RMA message that "Please upload the shipping receipt here once you have posted the item back and the replacement will be sent once the return package delivers". We understand you need it urgently, so once we checked the return is delivered, we will arrange the replacement for you ASAP. Hope you can understand.
