@Anniepan They answer that I try to change the screen and I am not able to perform that operation. It can be board problem and changing the screen does not solve the problem.

@Anniepan Can you look at my ticket? I do not understand anything now I have to pay shipments to go to the post office with the car spend fuel to take the product to postal mail. I had been waiting for it for a while and now the product is working poorly, the screen is going to get worse. Now I have to run out of mod again until the return is completed? I have sent videos showing that the product is wrong. Is there any way to expedite this whole process? I am frustrated with this situation. I hope you understand me.
