the note system seems filtering
Apparently a rating of less than 2 stars is not published.
You confirm?
to warn other users about a questionable product should we put 3 stars and comment negatively?

We can approve the review even if it has 1 star. For the problematic product, we need your help to check the problems firstly, and then report the problem to our manufacturer to improve product quality. This process may take some time.

Are you referring to the rating of products from customer reviews, the reviews themselves or the rating of forum threads?

I'm sure he's talking about review censorship. It's not uncommon for some Chinese sites to allow reviews to be posted only if they are given a certain amount of stars.

Another site only allowed 4 stars minimum or the review would be automatically rejected. I would than just give something 4 stars and explain in the review why I gave it 4 stars, and just wanted to let people know that the item was really junk.
I just need one more flashlight. Just one. Honestly. :D

I've panned a few things, not many though and all my negative reviews have been published. If your review simply says: This item is bollocks, do not buy I expect FT staff would pick up on this.

Give an item a negative review in a constructive manner, hopefully staff will want to investigate your dissatisfaction before approving. Is the point of reviews.

I don't feel my reviews have been censored.
