I am waiting for a week . Support does not answer(Over 6 days), do not know how many more will have to wait . Parcel not send more than 10 days . To cancel the order if I return the money ...

We don't refund gift certificate for orders that paid via credit card due to increasingly fraud since a few months ago. Thus your money will be returned to your credit card. It usually takes 5-7 business days for bank processing. Please check your account after then.

@jenny my ticket number is Q0518HCRWS 4 days no response yet i cancelled the order no B051606966 expecting gc but didn't no there is no gc of cc purchases . i would at least like to no where the refund process has reached i hav a lot of orders on hold just to see how ft deals with such issues i live in Bahrain where there r no vape shops so please dun make us run to other online options n response back. Thank u

Hello, bahrain243412. Since our processing bank requested us to stop issuing gift certificate for orders paid via credit/debit card due to increasingly fraud. Thus we returned your money to your card. It will take 5-7 business days for bank processing. Please check your bank account after then.
