Jesus of Nazareth and White Republican Jesus were two different people I think.

edit: Have you ever read Mother Night by Vonnegut? There was a Nazi dentist in that novel who made arguments that Jesus was in fact white, because every illustration of him shows him having an Aryan jawline. Laughed at that every time I thought about it for years, until, I saw this...

In before the anniepan effect

Communism is very bad and should be outlawed.

There, that should be enough.

I read Vonnegut when I was 10. Thought it was too simplistic to be useful. More like interesting commentary on much ado about nothing

Vonnegut was a poor author, but had some good points to bring about. Like the monstrous act of the bombing of Dresden by the allied...

I don't think democracy is perfect. 51% of happy people get to tell 49% sad people what to do. What they win is so watered down nothing really changes for either side

Think of spinning the tires

Communism is good if the state needs you. When there is a grain surplus and you want a tractor part but they are busy building tanks then expect to wait a long time.

Have no fear. With no farming to do you have plenty of time to wait in the bread line.

If I were to stop licking boots, even for a moment, Stalin would magically materialize.

Holy shit did the American indoctrination system ever do a number on you.

As for Vonnegut, haven't read him in years, but I'm a fan. Everything from Slaughterhouse Five to his more surreal science fiction type stuff. Don't think I've read Mother's Night unfortunately.

Have you ever met someone like this in real life? Not sure if it's just an American thing, but there are a ton of people like this and this is their entire personality.

From people blaming Communism for our winter storm power outage here in Texas earlier this year, to calling Big Bird a "Cultural Marxist," to calling waiters at the Cheesecake Factory deep state socialists because the appetizers came too late. This isn't just online personas or intentional hyperbole that you're seeing online. This is how these people really are here LOL. That's all they have to talk about, literally. Hence, so many people in the US dreading the holiday season every year for having to visit family members like this. It's pretty universal here.
