Just yesterday some issue with credit card validation processing time caused a problem and Anniepan fixed it for me without me even asking for it! In general I must say fasttech has very good customer service. People like to complain but they're almost always complaining about things that are not under control by fasttech. (Like shipping problems... I really don't understand why some people have such a hard time understanding that fasttech does not control the post office or that shipping from the other side of the world takes time...) Never the less fasttech support remains patient and tries their best to help the customer. You don't see that everywhere. So thanks Anniepan (and everybody else) for everything you do, especially in these troubled times when everybody seems to be more stressed and less polite. Working...
