ptitfour posted this Metallica song, and check the Lyrics
it's easy to see where and what poor pity thinks about.
Poor bugger.

Welcome Home (Sanitarium)
Metallica

Welcome to where time stands still
No one leaves and no one will
Moon is full, never seems to change
Just labelled mentally deranged
Dream the same thing every night
I see our freedom in my sight
No locked doors, no windows barred
No things to make my brain seem scarred
Sleep my friend, and you will see
The dream is my reality
They keep me locked up in this cage
Can't they see it's why my brain says rage?
Sanitarium
Leave me be
Sanitarium
Just leave me alone
Build my fear of what's out there
Cannot breathe the open air
Whisper things into my brain
Assuring me that I'm insane
They think our heads are in their hands
But violent use brings violent plans
Keep him tied, it makes him well
He's getting better, can't you tell?
No more can they keep us in
Listen, damn it, we will win
They see it right, they see it well
But they think this saves us from our hell
Sanitarium
Leave me be
Sanitarium
Just leave me alone
Sanitarium
(Just leave me alone)
Fear of living on
Natives getting restless now
Mutiny in the air
Got some death to do
Mirror stares back hard
Kill, it's such a friendly word
Seems the only way
For reaching out again

I'm always here for you,
Just check the music content you listen to.
That's a good start.

I will try to find a nice one for you.

BRB.

I consider myself lucky growing up in Australia.

I've always wanted and had a job and from the age of 12 I had a 'Paper Run', selling news papers.
I've grown up, absorbed in this available music from the 60's, matured and by the 80's, rock, 90's and now the crap they all call music.

YES, everything has it's place and a lot of new age songs are great

My point is, my taste in music is vast.

I know the oldies and I understand the new stuff just as well.
That's the way a virus works in moving forward.

Consider ptitfour being the T cells and he proved unavailable as soon as I introduced Nana, lol.
What more could he say about the beauty and meaningful lyrics?

i'm also very surprised this thread hasn't been deleted and I thank the Government of China for letting it run.

As I mentioned the government of China, we, the everyday, normal people of Australia consider you our friends.
We are happy to participate in trade with you, however, please don't neglect us simple people, while dealing with those DICKHEADS in CANBERRA.

Diplomatic relations don't exist unless both tree's flex in the same wind.
If they both do not flex with that wind, or storm, then grow stronger, one of those tree's will break,
Not one of us wish that to happen.

EDIT: RE: post 605 of this thread. "Mamma"

Kindest regards always,
From Australia :)

One country I never got to but wish I had spent some time there.

A friend of mine was born in Tehran, but grew up in Australia. Went to University in the UK and Germany and lived in Switzerland for a year but says his 2 favourite spots are Australia and now Toronto, Canada were he came to live about 10 years ago.

Says Australia and Canada are very similar in almost every way.

Would love to have learned how to surf.
Not overly keen on the sharks though you have there. 😁

Sharks, lol, you've more problem being bitten here on FT than Aussie waters.

It's simple, don't swim at dawn or dusk and take special precautions when swimming in dirty water after harsh rain periods.

It's the Bull sharks which swim in fresh and salt water that "Nudge or Bump taste", that is, to take a bite and smell the water.

As a diver, I've traveled all the east coast of AU and planned to encounter all types of sharks. They are more innovating, showing respect and mutual consent than any neighbor you could wish for.

In my dive log history, most have been with sharks,,,,,,, next dive will be in Perth, with the Great White.
Wouldn't mind swimming free with those monsters, if there's no bait in the water.

The main problem here in AU is stupid idiots swimming at sunrise, or sunset, then the sharks have to "Bump Test" you before feeding time.

If they enjoyed the smell or taste, don't you think there would be multiple attacks and a feeding frenzy with every shark bite?

Not a shark in the ocean enjoys the blood of a person.

Much unlike the Trolls here.

I love all of them. spent over 120 hours with them.
They are magic and beautiful things.

Surfing is not that hard.
I'm not talking about getting into the grades.

You've more chance of being punched in the face from a surf, turf war, than a shark attack, lol.

I've completed 67 night dives, one of those being off the boarder of Hayman Island, between the heads at the turn of the tide 2.45am. The most shark infested waters of a lot of places.

I felt them, however we only saw shadows and no problems.

Sharks are the dogs of the ocean. If you run, they will chase you.

I suppose if you have grown up with them.

I have a photo of myself swimming in the South Asia sea about 6 feet out in fairly shallow water. A family member called to me to come back in as we were going to dinner and took a photo of me standing up to come in.
After the photo was developed there is a shadow about 2 feet behind me that was believed to be a shark of some sort.

Nooooo, no interest in swimming anywhere near sharks.
Had the same issue in Negril trying to convince tourists not to swim at dusk or dawn but not because of sharks but jellyfish.

There was a reef around that island so sharks were only seen 1-2x.

Indeed when I lived here, I was friends with a large group of German tourists whom would fly back to Germany with surfboards full of ganga.
They never were arrested and surprisingly German customs never figured out that due to the island reef there was no such thing as surfing.

No, didn't have to worry about sharks.

Sharks here are all bark and no bite. 😁

Gotta run©. Oskar's play date time with his favourite female.
