There's the difference. Most airguns(not hpa\pcp) use pelloil, or silicone oil for some parts. Figure I should skip the pelloil since it damages certain orings, and catch fire possibly.

Not sure how I even missed this comment..... Seriously\honestly.

I can't get\own a foid card here in illinois for "health" reasons..... Main reason I went towards airguns. Pellet guns, you forgot on the list ;) I was just donated a paintball gun from nowhere, I didn't ask for it, and I have absolutely no on-hand experience with them. I have good general airgun knowledge which is swappable between platforms, but not specifically what I should avoid.

I also have a bow and some old dry rotted wood arrows from when I was in 2-5th grade before it was taken and locked up for 15 years because outside family.

freeze some paintballs and then shoot them still frozen... dont shoot humans with frozen paintballs

Funny you mention that. They don't hurt more, they still carry the same weight and energy out the barrel. Marbles are what your thinking for, for damage ;) they sell plastic paintball shells you can fill yourself, I've seen videos with birdshot gunpowder and snap-n-pops, damage is endless.

Here's "lil jesus"

12g co2 cartridge adapter, instead of a bottle. I need new orings for the 2 bottles I was given because they are dry rotted. The hopper given holds 200, I decided to look for something smaller to accommodate for the 12g, and ended up with a water bottle that holds 65 rounds(exactly). That will change when I find the right "hopper" that holds 30~ balls, since the 12g adapter only gets about 30 shots before dropping low pressure.

Not worth the $$$ for animals, humans sure, but animals are stupid and still come back. I've pepper sprayed 2 racoons a few years back at 4ft away, they ran into the fence plenty times before finding the exit, but they came back an hour or so later. 1-2$ per ball is extremely expensive VS a few 4¢ paintballs or a simple 1¢ pellet.

And what's the total cost $$$?

In my ignorance, I mistaken "pain" for "damage". It will hurt more for sure, bit damage potential is still same. Pain tolerance is variant on "live" subjects, but I stand by my statement of damage. Frozen or not, they carry the same speed and weight which dictates energy. Same energy but frozen balls bounce instead of shattering, which bouncing means the projectile did not dump all it's energy (damage). Again marbles would be a better "damage" since they weigh more.

Either way, I'm out of paintballs and marbles. Next Monday my shipment of clear paintballs should be here. Il do more testing then, especially now I have hand warmers to wrap the co2 cartridge and get peek performance.
