@TY4LOL

PS: Thanks for the "happy ending", totally relaxed now.

Although, I could do it myself.

So please do not think this will be an ongoing thing. lol

My GF would get jealous, she usually helps me out. πŸ˜‰

Awwwwwwww. He looks super cuddly! πŸ₯°

I'm such a dum dum. I did not realize Oskar was exhibiting herding behaviour until a few days ago.
Never had a dog do this before.

Started noticing it about 2 months ago. He plays exceptionally well with one or two dogs together but more this behaviour starts.
For the longest time I watched it, feeling sad as I thought he felt left out and couldn't keep up with the other dogs as they were running.
Normally not a barker but becomes very vocal as he runs circles around them.

I have a huge Anatolian Shepherd neighbour that is older and had several litters.
She normally ignores dogs at her age but keeps licking Oskar when she sees him.
His owner believes she looks at him as if he might have been on of her own.

He was the one that pointed out to me that he was herding them.

His attempts to herd me into bed nightly at 10pm now makes more sense. πŸ˜›

He is very protective of me but only when other dogs try to eat treats out of my hand or drink water.
Then he becomes a bit nasty with them, shooing them away, otherwise he's very lovable with all other dogs but not affectionate in the way your pup appears to be.

(not my pup)
