I said: went to a gig tonight at the O2,Greenwich tonight.

Is a genuine mistake, not an invitation to post Phil Collins vids.RussG wrote:

OK Slightly off-topic but my wife & daughter went to a gig tonight at the O2,Greenwich tonight.Massive Attack, they said it was shit. Support act did not turn up so 3hrs waiting for the gig to start. 35£ to park your car. Bought their tickets though a third party so paid upwards of £200.

So just to rub it in I dug out my 1975 Zep earls court ticket, cost? £2.50. Genesis same venue 1977 £3.00. Genesis a bit pricey though as Gabriel had flown the coop.

I saw many big name acts in my younger years, don't ever remember ticket prices being an issue.

Please I implore you, no Phil Collins vids. Ever.

Let's be honest Peter Gabriel was a hard act to follow, Collins did an OK job to keep Genesis afloat for a while. A damn good drummer too. Collins may even be a nice ordinary guy but his self pitying solo whining makes my skin crawl.

And the absolute shite Genesis went on to record???

I was still at school when Genesis were at their best, I'm 60 this year.

Still love the old stuff though.
