Oooooh, was it a pre Gibson Gretsch? I had a white falcon for a bit, but it wasn't really my style. Awesome sound, played like a dream, and was nice to look at - I just didn't want to look like a country and western singer, lol. I swapped mine for a Rickenbacker 620 in Jet glo. Still got that one, and that's very much my style.

Dunno,I'm no guitar guru..was a light brown semi acoustic, a gift for my Dad who plays a damn sight better than I do...if only I'd have spent my teenage years in my bedroom learning to play guitar instead of looking at Razzle & Fiesta, lol.

Razzle? Lol - the Razzle fanny pile up is a classic of eighties porn.

've had assisted knives confiscated on the basis that they're switchblades in the eyes of customs. I've had one OTF make it through from China, and all my others were bought from JB at Roadside Imports in the US - he strips them down and sends the parts in two or three different packets. That's the only surefire way to get past the knock.

I wouldn't advise it, as if they catch you more than once, I'm pretty sure you end up on some sort of list.

very cool tip in the middle of that thanks Nymzavril. Do you just email and ask them to strip it down ?

Yeah, I think JB has a section for 'mates' on his Web site. It costs more (obviously) as there's three sets of postage, but he's a good lad. I've had a couple of cheap balis, a Spyderfly, a Frank Beltrame Sinatra, an AFC stilleto, a Concorde, an Airborne Thrasher, a Micro tech Troodon, a Godfather, a Böker RBB, a Godfather ice pick, a Dalton Joker clone...... And the list goes on. No trouble with any of them. He also sells knuckle dusters attached to belts, and customs can't touch them. I've had some other non iffy stuff as well.

One of the best things I had from him was that weird Smith and Wesson thing that kinda flips sideways out of the handle. Technically a gravity knife, but customs weren't savvy to it when I ordered. Sadly I think they're out of production now.

This thing - the viper. Why they didn't call it the sidewinder, I'll never know. Meh.
