One of the reasons it has so many good reviews is because many people still don't realise how bright modern LED flashlights are. Even the old 4 x D cell Maglites were only about 50-60 lm, as big as they were. Nowadays lights that are 20 times brighter (or sometimes far more) are common. And much smaller too. (I have a very small 1 X AAA light that puts out an honest 60lm and there are even smaller ones that put out more) Add in a cheap price and it's easy to see why they're so popular.

Like I said, they're okay as a "go to" light when the power goes out, or to keep in the car, but nothing I'd recommend for your purpose.
I just need one more flashlight. Just one. Honestly. :D

So... in an atempt to save money....

I only have SKU 3731503 in my cart along with a different headset. i plan on placing my order here very soon.

Was able to take my "501"? Apart at the lense finaly. It is a LatticeBright V2 led module. I cant find any numeral info about it other than its a "copy"(not clone) of cree leds. Im going to keep my idea of it being 200 or less lm. We will see the change wheneven i get this replacement sku.

Still open for sudjestions. That cheap ass flashlight i posted, i think can also be modded easily with that drop in sku. Idk.

If you mean SKU 1206301, that drop-in module won't fit. They only fit in 501/502B style lights, or some older Surefire lights.
