Dont get the free shipping anymore. I have a cart (186$), all is eligible for free shipping. Address is in the US but at checkout, the cheapest shipping option is 10$+. The US figures on the free shipping eligible countries list. So what's going on here? All other options give address not supported or cannot ship batteries or coils but there are no coils or magnets, only mods and tanks.





As i said before, updating website and forums is not that important imo but shipping is.

@philipvdb, SKU 9655032 was incorrectly marked by a staff as "coil and magnet" and thus prevents the free shipping methods from appearing. Most free carriers don't ship coils to some countries, including the US.

The incorrect marking has been fixed and free shipping should be available now. We apologize for these kinds of "mistakes." They are frustrating -- we will be bitching people this morning.

We hear you on shipping. I have personally worked on ship out time (product ETAs) and am monitoring to make sure we're doing our jobs.

US shipping (the free/default one) has vastly improved -- delivery within 2 weeks before the holidays, and now 3 weeks because of Christmas/CNY/Omicron in China. Although shipping carrier isn't something I directly manage, Jasmine is working on it and we have daily talks about it. We will be introducing a faster UK carrier shortly. Updates will be provided on this.

Rest assured that it was not caused by the update, which is much needed because without it, shipping of the whole order often becomes ridiculous when it contains one or more hazmat products.

thx, I wonder what coils have to do with free schipping. I can understand restrictions for batteries and magnets if I'm very openminded but coils?
We can't agree on everything.

Just added a random vape mod SKU 9726587 without battery and could not find it !!

could you highlight where i would find 4PX shipping on this non restricted item example ?

Richy7, for some reasons we are denying 4PX's service from e-cig orders. I am checking with the person in charge. He just left (actually the whole office did) for CNY today so I may need some time to get to the bottom of this.

UPDATE: I was told that 4PX does not accept vape products. They will look into why this is the case after the break and we'll add an e-cig 4PX service, if possible.

4PX is currently available for orders that do NOT contain the following items:

- knives
- liquids
- e-cigs

And is available for the following countries:

United States
United Kingdom
Germany
France
Italy
Sweden
Belgium
Denmark
Spain

When I was asked to add the flag that excludes certain carriers from magnetic coils, I actually had a small fight with them. "These coils can sometimes appear like Li-polymer batteries on X-ray screens," was the answer they gave.

There may be legit issues at play, but circular li-po should be quite rare so personally I find it a bit far fetched.

IF, that is indeed the case

How is it that your compeditors ship E-cig's

Mods, Tanks, rda's, coils, etc etc,

without issue???

Secondly, this is the type of tracking which reveals
an order sittin idle for 16 days in an airport?

I'd like to know what's going on with Chinese Customs lol. My (living) country (France) and the UK had always different issues. Often if smth worked to here , it didn't really work to there, and vice versa.
But now, I've got 3 orders from FT, stuck there for the last 3-4 weeks. For 2 packages the last update on 8th Jan. (2 days after they got shipped)
For the third one, placed on the 25th Dec, shipped one day later than the other two, last before update on 8th (same day), then on the 24th suddenly they added all this + 2 days of updates:



But still it hasn't reached France.

Ah, all the above text is still in Chinese, originally. As usually it is, until the magical phrase "Votre envoi vient d'arriver en France" (Your shipment has just arrived in France) they change the language.

No issues this end for shipping to Canada.

One of my packages arrived 2 days ago that was mailed out on Dec 25th but it left China quickly whilst the blame for a long delay rests on Canada Post, on this end.
