You have to contact staff and ask them to convert, no way around it.

use this link: Account and gift certificate question

In the box, just type "convert me rebate points" and thats it.

Thanks viking65 for this informations !

But is it really necessary to go through an online site to insert an image? Isn't there a simpler method, directly from the forum, like for youtube videos for example?
Maybe the staff can tell us! and could also answer my request by putting these techniques in the FAQ, it would help everyone, and would be more easily accessible!

The only technique I knew was the one for insert a youtube video!

The staff still has to explain the eighth icon, and answer my suggestion 3) concerning the conversion of rebate points, a simple click on a button would be much easier and more practical!

Yes, you need an online site to host the image.

Staff are taking all suggestions in this thread:

I'm back - all bashing and criticisms welcome

The staff still has to explain the eighth icon,

It adds some kind of line in the post

See the faint line below this text?

Do you see faint the line just above this text?

Nobody uses it.

Let me clarify on this.

Only if it is a picture you took yourself and want to post it, then you will need a site to host the image, like imgur.

FT does not host pictures.

If you want to use an image that you found on another site or image from anywhere online, just right click to get the image url and insert it into the url brackets (icon number 10)

Ok, thanks viking65!

And what does the word "alts" mean? I've often read it on the forum, but without really understanding!
I am French, and when I use the translator, it gives me the same word! It must surely be a technical term specific to computers or forums!

Alts is short for alternate.

Some members create other alternative names just to troll in FT, so people do not associate it with their real forum name.

Alts attack certain people here in FT.

You may even see one pop up below, now that I have mentioned it. lol

Hello,

I often have the same problem when I want to disconnect from the site, when I click on "sign out", I often get the same error message "File not found", so I start the operation again by clicking on "sign out", and there I am disconnected.

This only happens when I want to sign out from "My Tickets"!
It's not really a big problem, but I wanted to tell you about it.
