Order# B112706807, PostNL is taking toooooo much time. I have made this order on November 27, 2020. It was delayed due to procurement of items I understand, but it shipped on December 21, 2020!!. Now it's January 19 and it has been in transit for 14 days almost!!! Just in transit to my country! I want a refund on my order and would happily accept a gift card to buy again from Fasttech (using Chinamail). Please solve this problem promptly I cannot wait this much!

Sorry to hear that. As per tracking information, the package maybe stuck at somewhere since it left Netherlands on January 6th. We will ask our post office to investigate it, and keep paying attention to your package. We'd like to refund to store credit once it is confirmed lost. Please give some time for investigation.
