My ticket was in for 72 hours still is! but they changed the time now to 56 hours what's up with that? I had an item on hold so it would ship out with a DHL order that is waiting, but since they won't respond to my ticket I released the hold. It's ready to ship SNAIL MAIL!
Guess, we have to deal with it.
