I'm glad other people's pain is so enjoyable for you. I guess you can't read. You wouldn't want it to happen to you, you wouldn't want it to happen to people you care about. So all you[re doing now is showing the community that you are a loser. It is abusive and so is laughing at others while they are struggling. They have damaged my business over and over and over again. If they were in the US they'd have been sued into bankruptcy a long time ago. But you obviously don't understand the concept of Honor or keeping your agreements. L-O-S-E-R

That's not spam. I am sharing my experience with the community. And maybe you missed the part where I did contact them first and they were as ignorant as they could possibly be.... A Chinese corporation is acting dishonorably at the detriment of your neighbors and allies and you 2 want to standby and support the dishonorable and help pile it on. Besides the fact you should both be ashamed you can probably also expect China to occupy the US very soon since lazy, divided, self centered, sheep typically don't defend their countries very well, especially when they are defending the attackers.

Thank you. I always tell you guys I am easy to do business with if we keep our agreements. Based on the first reply I received on my ticket, I expected nothing would be done about the issue. So, I am surprised but also I am thankful and happy to move on. I will delete my posts but we are very busy for couple days. tx Annie

* Regarding weekend office hours - Everyone needs a day off, I have no problem with no service on weekends, truly, I do not. But with the tickets I think you should consider a policy change. Maybe any started tickets should be completed before the representative leaves on Friday, or do not start it. If I open a ticket on Thursday or Friday and it doesn't get answered, ok , I know what is happening. If I need an answer and the representative starts talking with me then disappears with no answer, it really looks bad in my opinion. It says, 'I don't care about your problem' or 'I will attempt to avoid your problem. Maybe you will go away before Monday'.
