No but 'rates' can be 'fixed' as revelations out of London revealed (Libor) this is a rate on overnight bonds...but, the rate your Central bank quotes and the rate the cabal 'agrees' amongst themselves are 2 different things.

If I follow you, I think you are saying the players are rigging the game.

Well, yeah. lol.

Pay pal does some other unwanted shit too. Recently I discovered I couldn't add money on my PP account without using a whothefuckisthis named Trustly. Now that whothefuckisthis has some of my bank information and nobody asked me if I wanted it to have it.
Soyboy, you promised to fuck off if I paid you 100 roubles. Why are you still here?

2%-3% goes to paypal when I pay. If it was more I'd wait for bitcoin prices to drop and buy $1000. Prices being what they are now I'd try to covert only what I need.

Yeah. It's not sinister or a conspiracy or a scam or anything.

Selling money is supposed to be illegal, in the US at least, I think. But we sell money all the time.

Whenever money is linked from one hand to another, a little stain is left upon each palm in the chain.

You guys are being douched by paypal. I don't pay a dime for purchases. The load rate is $3 and the monthly rate is $3 on a postal prepaid visa.

Maybe that makes up for all the snow here.

Paypal has always had a crappy exchange rate. For me it works out the same cost if i use Paypal or use a credit card and get ripped off by my bank for 'non sterling transaction' fees.
That's what living in a capitalist economy does for you. :)

1000 +++ ^ ^ ^

I prefer to pay a bit extra for the protection it offers = as you say, no much different in the end paying with other routes

I know that because I buy only authentics.

If you are buying one atty and one mod at a time, it's not really a great savings.
This is best suited for those of us that are buying many mods and many attys, always buying the newest one out and have perhaps 4-6 mods topped with attys going at all times.
Then you do save some money.

Atomizers I find you will save about $15 per atty only, roughly.
If buying mods you will pay, for example, roughly the equivalent of $40 cad here but at home it will be $69 PLUS the HST

Lastly, it's just easier to order from here than have to take out the time to go to those stores to buy.
