Paypal has always had a crappy exchange rate. For me it works out the same cost if i use Paypal or use a credit card and get ripped off by my bank for 'non sterling transaction' fees.
That's what living in a capitalist economy does for you. :)

Must be nice to control the money.

At least in the US, these rates aren't arbitrary or picked out of the blue, or out of my ass. Real (bastards) people and real politicians vote on them - they decide which statistics best suit their agenda, and we agree or not with their choice - because we are retarded.

I am no Democrat or Republican, no Libertarian or Tea Bagger, no Liberal or Conservative.

I love pot, I love the CIA.

I love Civil Disobedience, I love Peace. I also love Law and Order and Defence.

I hate primitive mind-warping terrorist psuedo-religious fucks who murder. And I hate people who think it is okay to torture anybody. I don't need torture. Give me some good coke and a few good hookers and I can get anything out of anyone.

And I think Liberals and Conservatives and Moderates and Independents are all assholes.

I don't fit in anywhere to any of this bullshit.

Nobody deserves my allegiance or my vote, I follow no one. I make my own path, maybe with the help of others sometimes, maybe not. Maybe with the help of a big fat joint.

No but 'rates' can be 'fixed' as revelations out of London revealed (Libor) this is a rate on overnight bonds...but, the rate your Central bank quotes and the rate the cabal 'agrees' amongst themselves are 2 different things.
