Anyone had planning to buy the Thunderobot GTR laptop?
This is the link for the product(remove please if not allowed, this is not a competitor link);

Those are pretty decent specs, so I was thinking probably someone somewhere bought it and has feedback about the laptop.

I prefer a Lenovo Legion any day of the year.

PS - I don't know in wich country you live but
in mine I pay Duty taxes almost every time.

19% from 1400 euro is 260 euro, that's why I prefer to buy something like this locally,
at least I know that the warranty is gonna work and I don't have to wait
2-3 months for a replacement or a fix.

I bought Lenovo Legion without Windows, came home, turned on my laptop and saw a defective screen matrix! the whole screen is colorful, yellow, pink, but not black at all! I had a month to wait for confirmation that this is a manufacturing defect. I do not advise taking the legion.

Lenovo's build quality has been questionable imo recently, however the no-name Chinese brands like Chuwi are stepping it up in terms of build quality. My Lapbook Pro 15.1 has been thrown by my wife (she doesn't like losing) and it took basically no damage. (this is not advertising, just an anecdote)
