A shorter connection at one end and a slightly longer connection at the other!!!! Obviously I'm taking about type c to type c charging cable. So far this fiasco has been going on for several weeks with them asking for proof etc and now this longer/shorter bogus claim. To be honest, they can keep their cheap 3 quid cable & stick it where the sun doesn't shine!!!! Hardly go on here now because of "A" holes on chat and bigger one's in ticket office. There's much better sites if you don't mind paying shipping etc. I've had a 5 plus year run, and it was good while it lasted. Enough is enough though. Once again, they loose out on thousands of pounds worth of business every year!!! FUBAR CJ hards say Vape long & prosper!! Working...

If he's complaining the ticket says 2 sizes, then it's faulty not damaged.... I'm assuming the cord has a slightly longer\shorter usb c metal portion, which isn't uncommon for absolutely any cable.
