Terrible quality and dangerous
I received this no name Arise clone yesterday. SKU: 9734504

There are numerous problems:

1) Missing O ring on build deck
2) The airflow inserts came chipped and with plastic shavings all over. Absolute rubbish
3) There were numerous metal shavings deep inside the build deck. Dangerous.
4) MOST IMPORTANTLY the 510 pin has no proper insulation (only a tiny o ring) and does not protrude enough. 90 percent of the time I get a SHORT or CHECK ATOMIZER error message. It is unforgivable that FT would buy this crap from a manufacturer and on sell to loyal customers. It is also potentially very dangerous - imagine if someone used this on a mech.

I forgot to add that the chimney reducer is totally and deeply blocked with some type of glue or plastic weld

You should have gotten the ShenRay version. YTFK is not the greatest with quality. ShenRay or SXK. But what do you expect? You paid $21 for a high end STYLED tank that costs $200... You pay 1/10 of the price you get 1/10 of the quality. It's like you bought a bag of coal expecting diamonds.

The main and most disturbing issue with this clone is the 510 pin.
When it is fully screwed in the pin doesn't protrude properly - so no good positive contact


PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS RTA ON A MECH MOD.

Mine was not like that at all. It was almost undetectable next to the authentic. I would start a RMA, they are normally really good about that. Spend the extra money and get a ShenRay clone. All they work in is clones of high end attys

Yeah right.
For one - all of the many clones I've bought in the past 4 1/2 years from FT have been fine. I don't expect Stattqualm quality but I do expect a safe and functioning device. This was neither.

And of course I clean all attys before use. Who doesn't?

Not true at all from my experience. I have bought countless clones $25 or less. Clones of $100+ attys. 99% were worth every penny. However, I do a lot of research before I buy a clone and I never am the first to buy one.

In fact, my last 2 clones I bought from here - the AIOLOS V2 and especially the $10 Kayfun 5 are both great. I'm soon going to buy multiples of each very shortly here.

The KF5 is actually just as good as my SXK KF5. Only real difference is the finish on the $10 KF5 is slightly on the rough side. But I don't vape to win beauty contests so doesn't bother me.

Vaper buys pod system, asks for a 510 adapter. LOL for days

Those inserts look really horrible. Never seen that bad quality on any clone.
Isn’t the 510 pin adjustable, you could just open it a turn for better contact?

Usually with clones you get 90% quality for 10% price.
