Wear a mask and gloves if you have them.

Fill a small spray bottle with isopropyl and put it in your pocket.

Spray buggy handles etc before touching them.

Spray your gloves before getting in your car and before taking them off.

Put gloves that are still usable somewhere safe and they can be reused in a couple weeks should your stock get depleted.

Don't listen to talking heads telling you you don't need a mask. They're saying that because medical staff need them first. If you already have them, wear them.

I think even a $100 of supplies like these in case things get REALLY bad is small change compared to the alternative.

There are some that say what will be will be

There are some like the preppers who wear their tinfoil hats

and there are those that just do what they can whilst they can.... I am happy to sit in this last category :)

This is a household corona hand cannon:

Spray door handles and things coming into the house.

I don't have an issue spending the money on such items but that you CANT GET THEM.

isopropyl?
Sure, where? 🤣

I did steal some clear plastic veggie bags from my grocery store and threw my hands in one each to push the buggy around, earlier this morning.

Labatts announced that they'd be making isopropyl a couple weeks ago. Unfortunately you'll just have to wait. In the meantime get some spray bottles together. Here is my portable corona killer:

I bought a litre of isopropyl a few years ago to clean vape stuff and had only used a tiny bit of it until now. I have heard of dollar stores coming up with small stocks of it but that's just rumours.

$50 with shipping for one bottle? 🤣

There are some cheaper options but again, all coming in from China so looking at a minimum of 4-8 weeks delivery.

I have a few boxes of the wipey pads but hardly sprayable.
In any event, I have checked all the stores here online and everyone is sold out.

Not the end of the world not to have any but yes, it would have been nice to have had 1-2 bottles. I can also buy t he mask here for a later date but wanted something this week.

I will be honest i just try to not touch my face and wash my hands very often and only have a small bottle of hand sanitizer in the car.
Apart from that the masks will be the most useful item for me in certain circumstances.
