When are these going to be back in stock, I ordered one a while ago but received an email to say that the item would not be available for quite sometime and the value was issued to be as a gift certificate. I still would like to buy one but I don't want another certificate.

Sorry my mistake Anniepan, the item was SKU 9708428, there was a ticket raised by Victoria (if you check my account it was created on 9th April).

Why don't mark discontinued items as so? The most frustrating part of FT shopping experience is not "please refresh the page", not even discord crew, but this - when you pay to watch the rolling dice of ETA days for several weeks only to get "sorry, we are no longer selling that, thank you for understanding" in return.

That darn cardreader still ships in 3 days according to catalog and keeps popping in search results too.

Anniepan, I ordered this item in Pink (SKU 9708425) on the 24th July after you informed me that it was available to order but this item is still classed as "RESTOCKING". What is the point of informing us that an item is available when clearly it is just an item that never becomes available?
