The connection seems to be a standard serial one, so the cable itself will likely work as intended.

But according to the details section of the specifications, the bundled software is 32-bit:

"Operating System: Windows XP, Win7/Win8 32bit. Latest Version: V12.20.024"

So if you are running Win 10 on 32-bit hardware you should be able to run it out of the box.
But if you're using 64-bit hardware some tweaking in the operating system might be needed before you can run the software.

You shouldn't have to tweak x64 Win10 to run 32-bit applications unless someone else has locked them out. They'll run out of the box on a vanilla install.

But will they run under WINE? There should be a VM dongle for these situations. lol
