How durable are the plastic tank sections?

How durable are the plastic tank sections?
I normally dont buy rta's with plastic tanks. My Kayfun's are the only ones I have. I dont mind buying a few spares to have on hand if the vape is good. I also know not to use tank cracker juice with them.
That being said, how durable are these. Do they stand up well over time? Are they brittle? Do they pick up flavors? What are the advantages of the PEI tank sections?

The PEI tanks can be used with tank cracking juices, and don't break when you drop the tank.

That having said, I only use the plastic tanks, quite often with "tank crackers" and never had an issue.

The original (German) PC tanks are excelent but not these ones!
I suggest you to buy these spare elements:
PEI tank
SS tank
O rings

This RTA is really great flavour vape chaser.

Ps.: There is no stress relieved after manufacture and is therefore cracking by the PC tank. (after-care, stress relief)

I'm fairly confident about the PEI, so much so that I bought them instead of the SS tanks sections as backup. I haven't had any problems with the PC tanks on the YFTK clones I have.

One generic clone, that's no longer listed, did crack the PC tank from the pressure of the o-rings.

Thats good to know. I havent bought any PEI tanks before so I wasnt sure, but I have read and viewed good things about the Dvarw. I am getting this one because of the extra airflow adapters. I dont like SS tanks because you cant see the juice level.
Being on a fixed income I need things to last and PEI sounds like the way to go. If this lasts as long as my Kayfun 3.1 and Monster V2 buying a few relatively cheap tank sections over time isnt that bad. I only bought 1 extra PEI tank for now because I looked at my Kayfun parts and ordered 3 plastic tank sections for them. Older KF parts are starting to phase out. But I do order from FT a lot so Ill likely order a second next time.

i've dropped mine , plastic,onto the floor about 4 times now,(yeah i know, clumsy bstrd) it was on a tube and kept sliding out of a top shirt pocket,no cracks or any damage,seems tough stuff

There's really nothing on the Dvarw that can easily break (besides the plastic tank and the o-rings, of course), so it should last you quite a while. The good thing is: the chimney parts are held together by o-rings, so there's no wear-and-tear on any threading there.
