Maybe An Issue
I am convinced the 'oval hole' on this causes gurgling, at least on the V1. It usually happens when the tank is about half full. Been struggling with this for about a month. I use 50/50 e-juice at about 0.8ohms with the default 1.2mm air insert. When it happens, I open it up and see juice pooled in the chamber. I clean it out and it again works well temporarily. This happens on both of the Dvarw V1's I installed this 'oval hole' chimney. I got a whim a few days ago to install the original 'round hole' chimney and haven't seen the flooding or had that gurgling since. Maybe a thicker juice won't have this issue!

I vape around that area with the round hole chamber and 50/50 too. The coil size is 3mm. I don't have any issues.

It could be the air pressure building up from heat that causes it to flush some liquid out. At half way that would mean more air and more expansion. The oval holes might make it easier for the pressure to be relieved.

My rule of thumb has been the same size coil as the chamber holes. It seems to create a good balance.

- The 'oval hole' can be useful for 2-2,5 AFC and up than 2,5 mm coil inside diameter or add some cotton into the rest of the ovality and for those who are using high VG70->... Modded things are in the V3 but secret because of the cloners !!!

only have the v2's here (oval hole),one tobacco juice i use is 50/50 and not had a gurgle yet, with normal/kanger rba style wicking or pulling the cotton through the holes and snipping it off clr style,
the seals under the deck might be a cause ?, i know that they are different from the v2

I don't pull it though the hole, I just lay it against the hole while attempting to have some wicking laying on the deck. I might have to try using the 'oval hole' chimney again but pull some through the hole as you suggested! :-)

thanks for that, really no need to tip, its worth a try wicking it through the holes,i have a 2.5 27g kanthal that works out at just over 1 ohm, 7 wraps i think, and the cotton needed to go through fills the wick holes nice and snug, even with the coffee juice at 80 vg it still wicks after every drag or two (bubbles)
i cant see past these tanks at the mo, even relegated my kf mini 3plus into second place lol

I almost always tip what is useful to me. I will never get to 10 points so I used them in other ways. :-)
I can't get pass this tank at the moment either! LOL My KFL's are second class citizens right now.
