Wow, it looks alot better in person. My only concern is the three tube part introducing extra voltage drop.

Unless you are planning to run this near the limits of your batteries then what difference will that make?

After 5 days of using I'm still happy with my first VW/TC tube mod and it's looks great.

• The menu is easy adjustable in spite of the one-only button
• The 18350 configuration is a nice option for occasional use
• Using SS in TC works well
• The button of my device do not rattle, even when hardly shaking

Thanx :)
Am adding this to my wish list & will follow.

I can live with no TCR, and it's a very cheap way to find if I really do want a tube mod.

In another thread someone complained.

First, and foremost, anything over 30 watts or so held down firing for over two seconds will burn the shit out of your fingers at the tube extension joints. This thing has only four tiny venting holes on the battery cover. Speaking of the battery cover, mine became stuck inside the last extension tube withing a week of owning it. I must have damaged the threading somehow, which is easy since the threads run all the way to the end of the tube with no protection.

Secondly (or thirdly really), the chip increments and decrements power by 0.5. The fourth thing that sucks is the chip starts to drop output, or just really becomes very weak about the time the battery level read half...

I was planning to use 18350 for "away", and that might be an issue.
I usually carry 2 Pico...in case.
I don't want to buy 2 of this mod just to make sure I have enough batt to last a long day.

Maybe this is the beginning of the return of the (regulated) tubes finally... I really want a 2395 still.... hint hint china.... ;)

I hope so too.
I often suggest Subvod Mega to noobs who aren't ready for a box mod, mainly for the tank.
I don't like that simple "mech with protection" style mod, and Kanger mods are mediocre.

Not going to be an issue except for if you could fire coils of 0.05 Ohms on it.

Using the resistance of coils that are going to be typically used with this device, and that it's capable of firing, it's not going to be even detectable.

I have one of the first iteration of this i.e 18350/500/650 options and life with it has not been plain sailing first off the insert in the top tube started turning in the outer sleeve , obscuring the display then it decided to auto fire on me and the mod still works but the tc mode crapped out as it fires at max watts no matter what you set it at wattage wise and temp adjustment makes no difference either in tc mode . Currently I have mine set up with an sjmy doggy rta at 20 w with a 0.5 ohm s/s coil in it which works well enough until I order this version at 1/3 of what I paid first time around (UK) ,and as I have that version I can still mix and match and use my favoured 18500 mode ,phil busardo,s one arrived with faulty tc ,so caveat emptor ,I still love it and will order this version shortly!

I started vaping in 1947, after a Japanese man made love to me under the Okinawa bridge.

If anyone wants to use this in 18500 mod. You can substitue the 101 (18650 mode) end cap with a provari or mini end cap and voila ehpro 101 in 18500 mode. Perfect fit and no rattles.

Busardo vid on v1

Seems in TC mode that changing the Watts changes nothing.
When a coil is starting to under-perform, I crank the starting watts up.

Still, for US$25, I guess it's ok. Maybe.
(ha ha....back using my Evic a lot trying to kill it, so I can buy a TC tube mod.
And waiting to see if LaosPost is a complete fail.
Accidentally had it in Power when I got it out of retirement-
I thought I had seriously screwed up my first build in 6+ months.
It was horrible.
Bliss when I switched to TC.
Soooo good to have a Derringer v3 in play again :)
So ready for a TC tube mod.... but prolly not this one, unless its fails have been fixed)

cmonnnnnnn Aspire! You can make one....
Innokin......hellooooooooo
Joyetech?

i just bought the damn pico and waiting for it. - this would of been better, if only it was on ft just before i placed the fucking order for the pico...

Depends what you call better.

Even in 18350 mode it will be significantly longer than Pico.

It doesn't have TCR, which means I'll play guessing games using TiNi wire..np, using rayon wick, but I'm a bit OCD.

A bit of digging has turned up Cigreen Titan VT-Mod 50W which looks pretty similar.

The "disc fell out" for a couple of posters.
