Bottom feeder!
Always on the lookout for new bf atties, this one looks rather different (and cute!).
Any thoughts on this layout? And what's the screw on the top for?

I have the original. The screw on the top is for the airflow.
It's f*cked that they don't provide a BF Pin since the atty is called "Shift-BF" :D

+1 details
Thanks Faulander, just watched a vid and found out about the screw 😊

Doesn't the original come with the same arrangement as this, where the screw in the 510 can be removed for squonking? Todd (of Todd's reviews) was using it in bf mode.

rather sure the shift's peek reducer chamber wouldn't make this functioning, the shift-bf though (the one listed here) looks to be fantastic for squonking

edit: also the squonk holes come out of the sides of the pos block so it wouldn't work nearly as well

I have doubts in sane state of mind of fasttech and their suppliers. What part or "BF" or "bottom feeder" is hard to get. It is been at least two years of constant requests for it. Look at every BF atty discussion posts. All of those are "is there a bottom feeder?; is it bf? etc...

Why so stupid long time???

I got this SKU 6070300 the O-atty (did not get it here, that is not the version I got) it's sitting on my first version Kanger squonker. It's got a little single coil spaced 26-36 6 wrap over 3MM SS clapton in it, and it's shockingly good, flavor and vapor wise.

If your running BIG wire claptons, or 3-4 core wires, with huge airflow yeah you probably would feel that way, but some of these little ones especially with the SS will throw you for a loop on performance.

I think I would probably go team single coil on this and put the most aggressive build I could fit in it. It looks like they got a dual 6 wrap in with a healthy gap between them and the rest of it, hard to tell but it looks like 26 gauge, maybe a 24, so building across from one side of the block to the other I think I could fit some thing very nice in it.

It still looks dumb as fuck IMO though, but ehhh, looks are subjective.

jasonbbb, this isn't one of those threads!

Maybe it's unique, but this is a "this is a bottom feeder, what's it like?" thread 😊

Some people like it, some don't, but it's definitely a bottom feeder atty 👍

cindy99 - I'll rephrase :)

Is this particular SKU has bottom feeder pin, so it can be used as bottom fed atty in a squonk mod aka BF?

jasonbbb isn't wrong though, FT should put it out there so we know instead of playing Where's Waldo with BF pins all the time.. That shit is annoying! An they don't list them in the parts, or the description allot of the time, so it's in the pic but will it be in the package? I wonder how many potential orders they don't get due to that aspect of it. Who wants to wait a half a month to find out that early pic, was wrong?
