Mines NarDA does whistle a bit. Do you guys have this ''problem'' also?
I fixed it by putting a tiny tiny pieces of cotton in the air channels.

You could get a bead reaming tool or similar fine tip, round file and use it to smooth/round off all the sharp looking edges in the airflow path. That would reduce the whistle a lot.
