No. You can never swap coil heads between different versions (v4, v8, v12)

Coil heads for V8 Baby and V12 Baby Prince are not the same? V12 not Baby is different tank and coil heads are different, I think.

V8 baby are V12 Baby Prince coils... same thing. Don't know 100% but the coils are V8 baby coils.

This is an old thread, but hell yes you can use all of the coils made for the tfv8 baby beast in the tfv12 baby prince. But NOT this rba deck. I tried and it screws into the base way to far and blocks off the wick channels.
And these rba head are crap. I bought two and both of them read whacky ohms and Constant shorts. And it's not just me, it's the poor design by Smok. Apparently it has something to do with the the deck touching the base or something. There's a YouTube video on it Google search "tfv8 baby beast rba shorting problem" the guy suggests grinding down the bottom. I did that and it still reads whacky. But it helped.
The fix I found was to not screw it into the base that much. Just enough for it to touch the 510 pin and seal off. And don't screw the top on tight either. That works for me.... No leaks...
