Super hot juice kills ur taste buds idk if I can taste anymore..........if u just fire it for 2 sec it kinda go's away my jucie tastes mapley? It's strawberry yogurt. ......... the tank gets burning hot after 2-3 hits.... I saw some where coils need to break in on sub tanks? How long does that take or do they all have there own break in times? Im useing the notch coil at 40ws some info on subs tanks for a noobs from owners would be kool I'm a rta nut so no sub tank experience (This is my 1st sub tank) Edited on 6/30/2016 at 8:58 PM. First thing I did after getting scalding hot juice spitback into my mouth was take the metal screen off the notch coil. A lot less spitback now. Already own 2 regular cubis and the ONLY differences I see here with this is improved airflow and easier top fill. Running mine at 40 warts in TC with the notch at 450 degrees. if it keeps feeling flooded, put a paper towl over the mouth piece and hit it a few times. Cleared mine out after 4 pulls. I also tilt mine and let the bubbles escape every few hits. These DO get freaking hot though. So far I don't see any real reason to buy this if you already own a cubis. I just bought mine to go on my Vaporesso target mini. Only black atty I own but looks sharp on the black and red mini. I also slowly break any prebuilt coils in. If they say 30-70 warts I start at 10 for a few hits...then 15 for a few hits...etc...and work my way up. Edited on 6/30/2016 at 5:44 PM. Reason: " The next time you have a thought... let it go. Froglet Verified JoinedNov 2013 Posts 1007 Reviews 428 Kudos2443	I don't own a cubis nor any other pre built notch coils... but i have tried quite a few different notch builds,, still building a little more experience before posting any kind of result... but so far for there size there is an awful lot of hype. they do give good flavour (Possibly) but they do take longer to break in than a standard build SS, Kanthal, NI, or TI and even then I'm not sure if its worth the effort... Re building a stock coil "vertical" like the MELO 2 they work great or the theorem standard horizontal great after some break-in. but as a standard coil my back is beginning to turn.... Fad springs to mind! What your experiencing RE flooding sounds like a very badly built coil from the manufacturer try another head, start at the lower end of wattage and build up, I'm sure you don't need a lesson but if you burn your cotton its never going to wick properly. pre soak your coils. good luck. : ) "If I got rid of my demons, I’d lose my angels." My juice don't tastes like I'm used to in rtas...........tastes like maple.......very odd I'll remove the screen next coil and for the flooding just fire it for 2 secs and it mostly go's away And for anyone looking for sub tank ehh don't get this one .... it's a restricted lung hit full open.......... Im useing mine on a evic mini looks nice and omg t.c I've never used t.c i'ma try it now I sould have got the herakles plus or the adater for the moprh tank for the v1 coils I hear the herakles is nice Working...

I have not tried the Qcs coil yet because I have like 30 of the .25 notch coils ( and everyone of mine read .31 ) Flavor in TC mode ( for me ) is about 30% of kanthal/ss VW flavor. But I don't get the gross burnt cotton taste if if these cubis coils vapor lok. My cubis's only get used out running around for the no leak factor. When I am at home they will collect dust. It has been working flawlessly since I installed it. Running it at 30/35 watts and besides a minor flooding/spit back when it is just filled ( which to get rid of just turn upside down over a paper towel and shake a few times ) I have had ZERO problems with it. keeps up nicely with juice flow and has a shit-ton better airflow than the original cubis. Just opened up the coil and the cotton looks like brand new. The coil was kinda black but ran a q-tip inside it and rotated a few times and a crapload of gunk came off of it. put it back together and it's vaping just as good as it was when brand new. But then again, before I cleaned it it was working just as good as brand new too. I think this atty with the QCS coil is a keeper! Edited on 7/7/2016 at 5:03 PM.
