These work good
I had one of these clones and while they are not as strong as the American made Authentic original, its works very well at finding a factory edge and reginding it. Also works well for putting a new and or razor edge on any knife. Takes patience but the end results to me are worth it. CAUTION: Protect the blade where it clamps down or it will scratch the shit out of your knife. Ask me how I know....

You're not supposed to clamp it down. You put the spine of the blade against the white plastic.

To be honest, I really prefer my wicked edge clone over my edge pro apex clone (similar to this). Much easier to get going, more repeatability from edge to edge.

I didn't mean clamp the actual blade down, I mean't where the end plastic clamps down. Where you put the edge of the knife. It leaves a lot of stone dust in the water. You have to keep it clean constantly otherwise that watery stone dust scratches up your blade.

If you find a different item page, you have to make sure it comes with two sets of stones. Most only come with 1 set of stones, which makes it take more than twice as long to sharpen (switching side/side etc.)

Also, those stones aren't the highest quality, but that one is compatible with real wicked edge stones, so if you want an upgrade after that, you can pick up the real stones.
