They're 20A Continuous, not 15, Samsung underrated them significantly. Only unprotected cells will work in mods like this. Yes, they're some of the safest chemistry cells around,

Why even mention 25r cells? They're obsolete. 30q cells have the same amp rating and 500mAh more.

Also, Picos automatically limit the current if the vdrop is too extreme for your power cell. Any 20A CDR cell is technically sufficient for them, even @75W.

Depends where you are. 30qs are hard to get and expensive to import, here. So, it's far cheaper to get 25r in some places. Murica and the UK, not so much.
