I'm wondering what builds are being run for this setup.

Are they, per chance some sort of thick gauge or Clapton wire?

That could explain the very inefficient power use, imo.
Woah, mama!

First thing I'd do is reinstall the firmware. NM- see OP has done that.

So far my picos have been fine with battery usage. The one I had major issues with was the Koopor Mini.

I'd test the battery capacity and IR to rule it out.

The chances of every battery I own and even the brand new ones are bad are slim to none. And slim is on vacation.

"Using BRAND NEW batteries too." One of the higher priced batteries is always a good one to pay attention for counterfeit.

I would test the battery as well! There is some shitty battery clones out there, which could be dangerous!

On my charger I log the voltage and how long it takes to get a full charge to 4.2 V. Mine only charge at .5 amps.

So if the batteries work fantastic in every other mod I own but I only get shitty performance out of ONLY my SS pico the batteries could be bad?

Dude...that's like saying this soda tastes great out of 10 glasses... but in this one glass has a funky taste so the soda might be bad.

No. Sorry. Makes ZERO sense.

Well, the energy is going SOMEWHERE. I'd be looking for where it was throwing off some considerable amount of heat...
