Yep I vape 1ohm+ coils usually. Now and then use ego one .5 coils as I think they are great and easy on the juice. I'm not a huge clour chaser, I like good taste and a good throat hit. That is all I need to keep me off the smokes and happy. :)

Cloudzbro syndrome, and no offence to those who might take offence. There's no reason whatsoever to sub-ohm if higher resistance vaping keeps you off cigarettes. I don't sub-ohm and can make a single 18650 last a day or more in one of these devices. Plus I'm not churning through juice.

In a nutshell - 1.5-2.0 ohm single coil vaping means you're not beating the shit out of your battery.

If you prefer direct to lung then sub-ohm may be your bag and I can't help you there.

35W a cloudsbro does not make. Theres no reason to high resistance vape, if sub-ohm keeps you off cigarettes.

Why do people say 'no offence' right before saying something offensive?

I am having good battery life with SS ribbon wire just using the ss 316 setting at 40 Watts. My single coil is reading .23 ohms. I like a good throat hit as well. I vape high nicotine and 50/50 VG/PG.

If you do use mechanical mods, you can easily drain your batteries so low that it will damage them permanently! 30 Q batteries should provide the performance you are looking for!

And besides...if I wanted to vape at 2 ohms I'd just buy a pink ego and we would not be having this conversation because there would be no use to owning this mod.

:)

Even with my crappy battery life I still really like this mod. I just carry a couple of extra batteries with me when I go out. I have 20 of them now....lol

Can you recommend some kind of pouch or something to carry a battery safely in a pocket, or does such a product exist?

Silicone battery sleeves.

Just for added bonus, a great carry pouch for picos and other box mods.

Thank you all the same Jeggedda. No pink egos used here, only he-man (master of the universe) mods in my collection :)
