Battery life.
Just wondering how long roughly you all get from a single fully charged battery?

Post your wattage and times please.

Depends on too many things - battery type, number/type of coils, set wattage, VW or TC mode, style of vaping, topper characteristics etc etc.

This mod uses a well-regarded, mature chipset (used in the VTC Mini and others IIRC) and gives decent efficiency and performance.

Use this: Steam Engine - Battery Drain to get a better answer to your question.

I understand it has many variables. I was merely interested in peoples personal times as a rough idea is all.

Thanks for the link though. :)

To give you a rough idea - most vapers who use the better 1x18650 mods usually find that they get by using 1 charged cell in the mod, and one charged spare in their pocket (in a proper protective case, of course) to see them through a full day.

As for how much juice you'll need to make it though the day - that's a completely different matter again. ;)

I have been averaging 3 hours per battery ( 25R ). Sometimes less, sometimes more...
usually at .4 ohms and 35W. NOT in TC mode. Mine sucks ass in TC mode for longevity. Maybe 2 hours if lucky.

Put it in stealth and turn off logo if you are running 1.01 to get it to last the longest.

At 50 w the least I got was an hour. That was the very first time I used it. It seems to have settled down a bit after the first battery. I also updated to 1.01 after the first battery.

I use Samsung 30Q cells in mine, and have also tried LG HG2 cells in it. My 30Q cells don't hit the "weak battery" message as quickly as the HG2 cells do.

I usually vape at 60W in TCR mode (0094) @ 540 degrees F.

I don't use it exclusively, so 1 charge usually lasts me 2 days, give or take.

Very conflicting times so far. I would expect to get close to a day from a 3000mah battery. The fact Jeggedda is averaging 3hours per battery is shockingly low to me regardless of the settings he is using. 3 hrs is just really bad imo.

Would like to hear more peoples times to compare them.

Thanks for the replies btw folks.

1-3 hours would be reasonable with serious chain vaping at 75W, especially if the cells are a bit aged and have lost a significant amount of capacity.

@ 35W, I'm kinda wondering how aged the cells are in Jegg's case though :-\ When they're down to 60%, it's best to replace them, imo.

I use 8 mods throughout the day so i cant tell for myself, at 30w or TC vaping.

My partner is using the pico with a Nautilus at 10watts, 1.8ohm and he needs 2 batteries per 24 hour period.
Using relatively new Samsung 25r and 30q batteries.

@johnny_469

Yeah mate I agree, those times are worrying at the wattage he is using.I'm hoping more people chime in to give better results or Jegg can add to why he is getting such poor performance.

I think Jeggedda is probably referring to 3 hours of *continuous vaping* and not needing a fresh 18650 every 3 hours of their life.
