Glass Tank
New Tanks - Can't get the glass off the bottom of the tank

I've pulled twisted watched a bunch of youtube videos and this thing won't come off.
It's like it's glued on.
I can't get the coil out is there a trick?
my fingers hurt

Use the coil. Just pinch the coil and the glass together, going around the tank, and you'll wiggle it off in a few turns. There's no need to use anywhere near enough force to potentially break the glass or mess up the coil; just be patient as you work your way around.
