TCR value
Does anyone know TCR value of this SS wire? Are you using something in 88-92 TCR range?

+1 details
SS316L: 0.00092
SS316: 0.000915

SS317L: 0.00088
SS317: 0.000875

Ni200: 0.00620
Ti01: 0.00350

SS304: 0.00105
SS430: 0.00138 (shouldn't be dry burned very very hot as it becomes brittle at very high temperatures but a standard dry burn is no problem)
SS410: 0.00155
NiFe30: 0.00320
Tungsten: 0.00450

All tcr's vary depending on the particular mod. But these are a good starting point.

Vape on! It's the new healthier and more tasty way. Two things I can't help fix. 1: STUPID 2: Gloating! Both proof of quantifiable idiocy. If you think you know everything then we'll agree on nothing.

Do you know for certain or you just googled "SS316L TCR" because different manufacturers use different alloys which have different TCR, there isn't one value for all of them.

All tcr's vary depending on the particular mod. But these are a good starting point. And yes, if you are using some form of other ss manufactured with some other materials than the most standard then perhaps it'll be different. But like I said. these are the best starting points. Being that most my mods these days, that I use, are dna chips, I tweak some tcr's (specifically 317L, since I get a different blend from EU than you find in the U.S.) In other words, nothing is exact, If you want to use a tcr, you'll most likely have to play with it a bit. And no, I didn't just simply google each one, these tcr's are some that I have found come the closest for most applications. At least with the DNA chipset. I've yet to get my gen3 working well in any temp control. Some mods just simply suc at temp control despite manufactures claims. Generally, it's not just the wire or tcr causing an issue. I've found that more often, it's the mod not doing well in temp control. For example, one yihi chip I have and use, I have to set my tcr to 0.00150, though on my dna mods 0.00088- 0.00094 works best. But it's your choice to try them or not. Was just hoping to help.
