Just download the update package, extract the files to a folder and run the executable. Really simple.

Oh, have you tried removing the atty and trying to fire it? That will wake the display up if it's in stealth mode or has it's panties in a bunch :)

Oh, I've done that a few times. If I spam it do you think there is a chance it'll fix it?

And I just tried that. I think these panties are bunched to critical levels.

Ah, bummer. Sounds like it's fucked then (sorry for the technical language there).

I guess one last thing to try (based on you saying that the display was 'fuzzy') is to try and dry it out in case it's full of condensation/juice/beer by leaving it in a warm dry place for 48 hours. Not an awfully high chance of success, but saves you worrying about it for 48 hours ;)

Realistically, it sounds like a hardware fault. Probably a dodgy connection to the display (haven't taken mine apart yet, so I don't know exactly how these are put together).

Just for the sake of clarity, when you say the screen went 'fuzzy', did you mean blurred (like a steamed-up window), or random pixels lit when they shouldn't be or off when they should be on? I suspect it's the latter, and that it is just a display problem (albeit one that you probably won't want to try and fix yourself).

Oh, and one last thing to waste a little bit more of your time, have you tried a different battery? Yeah, I know, clutching at straws :)

Random pixels. And I've tried all my batteries. Alas, I think it might be kaput.

Gals And Boys
My input
I had a few issues with my box as well....
I has a white vertical line passing through the middle of the screen.
after 5-6 days of use.....
Sent it back and waiting for the replacement.
seems like this box weak point is in the screen?
regards
