Griffin jumps out of tcr mode to wattage
Hello, so im having a problem using vtc mini and griffin in tcr mode. It jumps out of tcr mode to wattage mode constantly, ive tryed locking the resistance, changing tcr values, but it was no good too. Im using ss 316l 24G wire, resistence is 0.18ohm.

Have you tried turning it off and on again?

I'm sure you've probably checked this, but could be bad connection at the coil. Wet contacts ( or dirty ) could do this too.

Yes, first time after switching it on again, it holds on in tcr mode like couple of seconds before switching back to wattage and after that, when i go back to tcr mode manualy, it switches back instantly after pushing the fire button.

All screws are tightend, contacts are clean. Its strange, because i use subtank with rba head and the same wire and it works kinda well.

Adjust the 510 on the Griffin, to be sure it's making good contact with the VTC mini.

It does sound like an intermittent short. Probably something simple :)

Spaced coils, 510 connection is good, maybe i should check out those screws or replace them, because they are kinda shitty on the griffin.

Try putting a shim of some kind under the atomiser when you screw it in, some attys stand proud of the top of the mod and the slight movement is enough to affect the contact, kicking you out of TC mode.
What's the worst that could happen...?
