I agree UD is making good stuff. The authentic's I got ( I got two v1's also :) work very well, and they are well machined / made. They are just a little more expensive, but they are worth every penny to me. I don't mind paying a fair price for quality, which IMO is good on these :)

Don't get me wrong, even with the small annoyances I have (really only the one since I leave the flow control wide open anyway)I still love my Goliath. It's why I have no reservations about buying the V2.

In fact my V1 is sitting on my desk in it's LPG ready to go. It has been an excellent driving setup.

I agree Michelarm :) I was going to kudos your post , but it won't let me? Edit: I got it to work again :). I got a message that asked if I wanted to not receive "kudos to this web page". I clicked the box, then couldn't click the kudos button? Oh well, I guess they are working on the script again :)

I think the price is fair. I didn't hesitate to click the button on this today :)

I still want to check it out before I get another though.

Just remember to pull the AFC off so you don't pop any vessels trying to draw air through it, and don't build lower than your 18350s can handle. :p lol

I know you know that last part, I just thought it worth bringing up as I have to remind myself after building decks for 18650s. I really don't think 18350s care for a quarter ohm or less very much. ;)

The ring on mine isn't too bad to turn, and yes there are ways to make it easier. One is to loosen the top from the deck, turn the ring, then snug it back. One shouldn't have to fiddle much after you figure out where it works best though.

The deck is a little annoying to get the top threaded on. Thats partly why I started top filling this puppy ( thanks to AndyK, and his video :), and because one has to always adjust the wicks after it is taken off. A minor thing though. It's just easier to top fill. Still nice to have instant access to the deck too.

I am going to go look for this but if you can throw a link in it would be appreciated.... thx.

I'm out.....have some fun. Eh?

Thanks again DefMunky :). It doesn't hurt to remind me of the 18350's lol. I usually build at .8 ohm for the batts I have. I've been eyeing other 350's that could go lower :D

Better safe than sorry right lol

That setup would be perfect for 'stealth stye' I think. I like a tidy setup in certain situations :)

Well, Jeggedda beat me to it lol. He puts the top cap on at 11:50 and then fills it. the whole video is worth watching. Nice job AndyK!

The two piece chimney needs consideration. I always snug the chimney 'tube' to the chimney tight first. This way it isn't likely to come off with the top cap when filling.

Andy said it was a mistake LOL. I've been filling mine this way every since. Thanks again Andy :D
