+1 details
If you take off the base and pug the drip tip, while sucking on the bottom of the tank, you should have a very tight seal. If a vacuum is lost it will leak. If the wicking in the RBA is done incorrectly it will leak. I have heard that some of the posts are undersized where it enters the RBA or Coil Head, and that will cause a leak as well, but I have not had this problem so I can't confirm this. Anything else will probably be an O-ring problem. My Subtanks have never leaked.

Don't over fill it, don't let it get too low.
KF4 Leaking? For a more secure seal, replace the o-ring #16 with one that is 1.5mm cross section. SKU 1536606 or SKU 1536607

I haven't had any problem with over or under filled tanks leaking on a subtank mini unless I dumped juice past the chimney hole.

The only time I've ever had leaks is because of a bad coil... I ha do switch the stick coil that came with mine pretty quick.... the RBA deck is the way to go.

Is this with the RBA section? Do you have the original one or the V2?

mine leaks too, but only when i get the wicking wrong. like what others said, practice with the amount of cotton you are using, try swapping orings, and make sure the rba is screwed in tight

I've had mine for just over a month now and I found that it does tend to leak when you fill it too close to the top of the post that goes into the coil housing and also if I put too much cotton in the RBA. I bought mine from a local shop but I imagine that it is exactly the same as the one you get here so when filling it stop putting in your juice when the level reaches a couple of milimeters below where the black paint ends on the center post. You should also maybe watch some videos on youtube about how to wick the RBA if it leaks mostly when you are using it. The first time I used the RBA coil I definitely put in too much cotton, it leaked quite often and a lot if I filled it too much but now after watching Rip Trippers tutorial on building the RBA coil it hasn't leaked even once with my newest build....Hope this helps.
