Some coil build recomendation for DL at 15w - 20w with the 2.5mm air insert?

Actually i'm using 7 spaced wraps on NI80 26 AWG at 20w but there is a disgusting spit back.

HI Gatok - As I see You use the lite DL AFC 2,5mm in MTL Dvarw for DL usage. The thermal inertia of the 26AWG wires are very big-high = slow heating up. Try to use 30AWG which is much faster. I hope You have good wicking and not too much juice going on. - Another way to add a bit more cotton. Also dependes on the vaping speed. (too slow or too fast) Another way to give a pre heating on 25-30W 1-2 sec. That's what I can suggest You. - We need optimal high heat conductibility which is inpossible with the wide junk battery killer and juice eater wires...- You have to test these possibilites to get te optimal result.

Thank you my friend.

I was thinking just the opposite, let down the gauge to 24 with 5 spaced wraps. 3mm ID. NI80. There's enough air to cool down and NI80 has low ramp up time.

The wicking is right. IMO.

Try this or similar to get the juice from the side not from the end of the cotton wick to get less liquid

Lot of vaper were inquiring about the diference between the Version 1 and 2. I just made it for them. Oval hole can be good for DL users (with AFC2-2,5 or without it 3,5)

For those who still use silica wick...

...and for Stuid vapers :-)

...and finaly an idea how to roll the silica into the coil with a simple hook...

Easier to understand the photos than write notices :-)

I still use only silica (Ekowool).
Are there other users who only use silica?
In which atties you are using silica?
