It fit my 30w without issue and looks the same. The unit goes up to the top and stops before the base which is the difference between the 20w and the 30w. The 30w has a lip on the atty side where the 20w did not have one. Working...

I don't know the 20W personally but I understood the top lip diference. A tiny gap doesn't look a real concern considering the low cost and the safety purpose of the sleeve. By other side I am pretty sure there will be 30W and 50W sleeves real soon selling round here. I also have a 50W (and a 10W) and I was looking forward to these sleeves . As you can see by the lip this is a 30w. The fake leather case with lanyard fits the same but is sloppy looking. I'd recommend this one over it. Tonypp - i have held the cloupour mini in my hand and it is bigger and won't fit this sleeve. Why oh why did someone not make these for the Hana Clonez.
