Never play with matches. You might burn the skin off your face.

Got mine. Some magnets are not pressed properly(not deep enough). I'm guessing the magnets are sintered. Normal use will strip zinc coating quickly. Eventually these magnets will crumble from exposure to normal humidity.

Should have bought the sku with larger magnets :(

Vinegar will fix them for you.
KF4 Leaking? For a more secure seal, replace the o-ring #16 with one that is 1.5mm cross section. SKU 1536606 or SKU 1536607

Actually, I used Penetrox on everything down there as soon as I got it. It coats and adds conductivity.

I may use something like that after it wears a little. It's a fair way out and is making the switch get stuck.

More likely, for convenience, I'll buy the other sku if I like using this one.

Sorry you got a janky one. I always worry about letting the switch snap too hard and breaking them. I don't really like using the allen wrench to take the atties on and off so I just leave a Freakshow Mini on it all of the time. It's a very nice rig, otherwise.

My fav is SMPL (no magnets) and Rogue. Probably will be for a long time. After using Calvert for a few hours, it does not do it for me.

I couldn't be bothered with allen key. I use ss one of these

They never get stuck.

Scratching up the Calvert hybrid connector should stop it from getting stuck. Several deep scratches.
I'll probably put mine on some rough concrete. Step on it hard and drag for a few centimetres.
