Cheap Bulk Cotton Like this?
I bought this years ago, and I'm down under half the bag now, so time to stock up again haha.
Anyone recommend a good replacement since this isn't stocked anymore?

You can find Puff, Koh Gen Do and Muji all over the internet on the popular marketplaces. Google is your friend.
Vaper buys pod system, asks for a 510 adapter. LOL for days

...and it may be sitting on a shelf in a local store as well. These pads are the Japanese equivalent of cotton balls, and they've become popular in "the West" for cosmetics as well, so if you have a pharmacy with a cosmetics counter, you've probably got a cotton pad retailer. Just look for unbleached/ecru. I buy my cotton at the local Muji store. Or, rather, I bought mine at the local Muji store - I rather overestimated how much I'd use and have enough that my grandchildren will be leaving their leftover cotton to their grandchildren at some point. It was like four bucks (Canadian) a bag when I bought it.

The internet used to be all about spreading and sharing knowledge, but today it seems that it's mostly about spreading ignorance.

I always have a big pack of Muji in my collection as a backup. But the absolute best I have found is a big pack of Shiseido “Facial Cotton” I get from local pharmacy for $8. It’s organic cotton made in Japan with absolutely no aftertaste. I got a tip that it is originally what we call the “Ko-Gen-Do” cotton. I have been using it daily since 2016.

And you'll pay out the ass for it, even at a discount chain.

Not here in Toronto at least as I have the same brand and packaging I picked up in or around 2016 as well.
It was very well priced.

It was great cotton although I switched over to cellucotton shortly afterwards and have little use for those cotton pads since.

Is it good? That low price makes me suspicious a bit.

It depends... I've tried such suggestion before getting the large pack I'm currently running out of... and I found out that fibers in pharmacies' cotton pads or disks aren't aligned in one direction resulting in noticeably worse performance

The answer to 1984 is 1973 § Panasonic or Samsung - that is the question: Whether 'tis nobler in the mind to suffer.
