RBA SECTION
Does this item come with the new RBA section ie the one with the screw in it to hold the top and also make it easier to take off , or does it come with the old one NO screw Cheers :)

Well, going by the pics I'd say it comes with the old style. You may try a question here Contact Customer Advocates . Maybe they can answer this :)

My friend got his second authentic Kanger Subtank Mini last week, and it came with the new RBA deck with the two gigantic holes in the sides and the little Philips screw holding the ring down. :-)

Looks to me like it comes with both ,RBA on the right,old ones on the left check out the specs/pic #8

Good thinking, but I reckon that stock at FT moves so quickly off the warehouse shelves that the chances of getting an original Subtank with a MK1 RBA if you ordered one now would be extremely minimal. ;-)

One could always order this too SKU 2551300. That way you know you'll have the new RBA

Cost a lot, the originals though, don't they? It's a shame that the clones seem to have such a bad rep - it seems like there was an earlier batch that most thought were OK, but the subsequent batches seem to be rated really badly by most who've received them.

I've got an 'RBA Plus' original deck I bought a couple of weeks ago, and the 'pin' at the bottom with the holes in it seems to have so few threads exposed to hold it onto the build deck that the top couple of threads seem to have just broken off, so I'm in two minds about opening a ticket, and also maybe ordering a couple of the clones just to use as a source for spares - like the aforementioned post.
