I find that all of the so called POM drip tips stay cool without the heat sink, but if you get any e-liquid off the coil, the juice stays very hot. I avoid that and just use these.

That's because they are friction fit drip tips and don't need o-rings to work. ;)

Check the reviews and customer photos of them, for example SKU 2341104 or SKU 2341102

The stock pom DT that comes with the black subtank is a really nice tip. Spent a while looking for one after I misplaced mine, eventually gave up. Ironically I received one in white for free, My cousin wrecked his white subtank within a week & gave it to me for spares.
