Mine one does not rate the battery level too, but I just insert a new battery in a morning and after coming home. Anyway it would be nice to see some firmware upgrade.

You do not want a firmware upgrade from Cloupor- trust me....lol

FFS!! I ordered two, both dropped today, no cards or serial number.... Gues what?
Both battery level indicators don't work either, both show full but take battery out and reinsert and guess what? Yep it's dead, everything I have bought lately has been fucked, I give up.

Oh well...This is very clearly a certain batch from the factory, all the recent with non-VIP cards I bet.
Someone clearly messed with the Power-management portion of the chip, maybe an attempt of fix? or a plain f*ck-up?
.....
i dont think its fair to expect everyone to go through this - the disappointment, the hassle..... a bit too much...

My battery-indicator does not work properly, too. I received the mini yesterday, silver one. no vip card. I use Samsung 25R. Tested other batteries. It shows full all the time. When I take it out und put battery back in, it shows battery is half full. I think I will open a ticket.

Mine came with a vip card , but not in the box, it was between the box and the plastic wrap. Used it all day yesterady , showed corect the battery level. When I got a low battery alert, took the battery out , and showed 3.4 v . I dont know how true and reliable is this but it past the 15s test.

If Im following it correctly everyone having this battery level issue have recently received with no VIP card.
I know couple weeks or month ago they were shipping with VIP card as my friend got one - which doesnt have that issue.
Like some mentioned you can ignore and keep using it but there is clearly power-management related issue in the chip/firmware/build - the factory run. Did they mess up a certain batch or did they try fixing the chip but failed? Likely we wont know. You cant really expect that pwm trick is not gonna evolve into something else (catching fire thing ppl keep talking about or similar) by time.
